In circumstances where the delegate requests for reimbursement of registration fees or their own delegate expenses, RA Asia 2026 reserves the right to deduct 30% administrative fee on the total value of the reimbursement claimed. Instead of requesting reimbursement, we suggest finding a colleague to take over your ticket.
The registration fee for MySORA and SUCCES Member categories is applicable only to participants with valid memberships. If your membership has expired, your registration will automatically be processed under the Non-Member category.

The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the participants during duration of the conference. Participants should make their own personal arrangements.
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all aspects of the conference as mentioned on the website will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make last minute changes should the need arise.
